- Q. Do you provide a 'do it yourself' service?
A. No we don't, we believe that you have enough to deal with on the day and do not want the worry or hassle of fitting the chair covers yourself or getting somebody else to do this for you. We will fit and collect all chair covers and sashes before and after your occasion.
- Q. How do I know that your chair covers will fit?
A. As part of our service we will arrange meet you and the venue organiser prior to the occasion with our samples so you can decide which chair cover and sash you require.
- Q. Do you send out samples of your chair covers?
A. As we already include attending your venue with samples as part of our service at no extra cost, we don't often have a request to send out chair cover samples. However please complete the enquiry form with your request and we can arrange to send out a sample for a small charge.
- Q. Do you send out samples of sashes?
A. Yes we do, as we have over 100 colours to choose from, we realise you may want to match your colour of sash at a later date. Please complete the enquiry form stating the colour(s) of sash you require and we can arrange to send out a sample.
- Q. Will there be a charge for your fitting and collection service?
A. Not normally, however depending on your location we may have to make a small charge if your chosen venue is more than 20 miles away.
- Q. I won't know exactly how many guests are coming until nearer the time. Will I be able to confirm this later?
A. Yes, when you make your booking we ask for approximate numbers as we realise you won't have confirmed numbers until nearer the time. All we ask is that you confirm the number of chair covers approx three weeks before your occasion; we will then amend your balance invoice accordingly. Should you have any changes during balance payment and your event please notify us as soon as possible.
- Q. Are we required to pay a deposit?
A. Yes you are. You are required to pay a £50.00 non refundable deposit at the time of placing your order. This will be deducted from the total rental charge.
- Q. When is the balance payment due?
A. The balance is due 14 days prior to your occasion. We will confirm numbers and send you a reminder.
- Q. How do we pay?
A. We accept personal cheques with a cheque guarantee, bank transfer, and all major credit/debit cards using paypal.
